I actually enjoyed this run today. It's a tough first mile, all uphill, and then some great cruisey downhill. I don't get that around Salem. Wished lots of people Merry Christmas and the weather was good. I've been shattered since though!

The app told me to cross train so I got on a bike! Unfortunately the bike was as rusty as I was and threw me off a few times during gear changes, so it wasn't the most satisfying of rides. But nice to know I still can!

Submitted the paper on the third attempt (stupid journal system converting 9000 row csv files into a 2500 page PDF :D) and then caught up with today’s workout. Was happy to do 75 sit ups a lot more easily than the last time I tried.

It's quite tough to run at 10.05 pace on these hills so it's more a workout then it's supposed to be. But it is more motivating to have an app tell me what to do. Got some unpleasant nodes on the main road then walked back through the woods.
