First time orienteering this year without carrying bags of control kites! Whoo! It was really fun, and I didn't feel mega unfit either. A few wobbles but tried to actually concentrate and it worked out okay.

"Easy" 6 miles. Not hard, but I don't think I'd quite go for easy either! Lovely morning, but you can tell the humidity is on the way. Saw a cardinal and a blue jay, and the onset of the topless running man.

Tried to do 4 x 400 in 90 secs, on a slight downhill with no major bends. It felt awful and I failed magnificently. How depressing. Had an altercation with a silly dog in number two and generally felt like I would explode by 80 seconds. Being unfit is no fun. Another amazing morning for running, a bit chilly for hanging around though.
