Just an easy pace run in the rain. Nothing special.

5 pull ups (broken!)
200m strides
2 x 8 jumps and hops

Tried 4 x 10 OH press, managed #45 10, 10, 6, 7
40 strict sit ups
4 x 5 front squat #45
4 x 5 deadlifts #45

Front squats felt amazing, the rest felt a bit awkward.
