Mianus Park fast hiking, 60 degrees, very pleasant. Not running because...well I banged up my left ankle last Sunday, it got sore and a little infected, and still healing.

Surebridge Mountain South, part of HVO Winter/Spring Series. Challenging and fun navigation, horrible vegetation, deadfall, and rock. Had to walk a good deal of the time. Do not like this kind of underbrush!!!
Ran red, time was bad but especially second half I just could not run much. You know it is bad when a pine tree plantation marked green is much more runnable than the supposed "white" forest!
