Went over a long single-point question. Definitely caused me to stop and think a bit. The other routes varied between two main options, one of which was close to mine.

Brutal workout, felt great to finish. Cardio the entire time. Definitely should be faster at this.

Went out well for first mile: 5:55. Second and third were a bit slower: 6:10 & 6:14. Need to grit it out and catch people. Should be getting these in sub-6:00. (3 minute rest between each.)
