Workout with TAC and classmates in company. Brief jog, then pullups, pushups, squats, lunges, frog jumps.

...Definitely need to start benching and working out two to three times a week.

Run from Ike Hall around Buffalo Soldier and back with Sam and Luke. Easy pace.

shoes: Topo Fli-Lyte (3mm drop)

Out-and-back from Ike Statue to Lee Gate. A bit of wind and brisk air, but glorious day.

Goal: 20:30 (5:50 pace)
Go faster on the downhills and let that quick pace roll over to the flat areas. Stride it out and crush the uphills.
