Red Course race 2:01:01 [5]

Ran a red route for the first time. Didn't go extremely well--I kept getting distracted by the infernal thorns that destroyed my legs and morale. My point 5 took 27 minutes. Other than that everything was pretty straightforward but it was still slower than I would've preferred because of the thorns.

Run 35:00 [4]

Ran the Lee gate route with Trey. We kept the pace up pretty high and it was a fairly short run to get ready for this weekend. Wasn't too hard.

Route 40:00 [3]

Ran a course somewhere near Harriman park. It started raining so that was interesting but I messed up one of my routes because the climb of the hill, paired with the fact that I wasn't checking my compass often enough, made it so that I got really turned around and had to spend a few minutes correcting the point.

Run 14:37 [5]

Did a time-trial that was a bit over two miles, had a decent amount of climb to it as well. Ran with Trey for most of it, and then he took off ahead of me at the end >:(

Armchair-O 30:00 [2]

Went through some Texas maps with Trey to get ready for Intercollegiates this weekend. We took turns planning routes through the points. There was barely any climb through them so it wasn't too hard to plan routes.

Sprint Course 45:00 [4]

Did a short sprint course around post - focused on specific route choice throughout the course, the map was a corridor map with pretty much only the route on it.

Sprint Course 45:00 [4]

Did a decently short workout of abs at the beginning, and then a sprint course on campus. Went well, didn't have any problems
