Kanata Lakes: Long advanced

We attended Alexandre's confirmation at Ste-Euphémie. I missed the meet but arrived in time to pick up the road signs. I requested a long course map. Thanks Rorry.

While gathering signs, I heard a train on the exCNR Renfrew subdivision which cuts through the centre of the map.

Early in the race, I banged a few twigs with my lower left leg. The pain was excruciating. However, slowing down my foot speed improved my navigation.
