I knew this would be a fast map (urban score O) and I dressed accordingly: shorts, singlet and cap. That also meant I took my chances with the poison ivy. But hey, I'm already taking antihistamine for the swollen eye lid. It was so dangerous getting down to control 2 that I got all twisted and blew a couple minutes coming out. Leg 19 through the streets was 7:46 (780m). My left knee is causing some limping.
