H4 at Jumbuck Hill.
Quite a nice little course. First half mostly uphill in the open area with good visibility but needing to be quite careful with lots of similar small rocks, then a second half of easier controls downhill through the green which was mostly quite fast running but having to weave around a bit to find a good line.
Took the first half quite slowly being careful about placing my feet but ran a lot in the second half where it was less rocky and was feeling good running quite fast at the end.

5 min, 6 min, 5 min with 3 min walk recovery and 5 min walk warm up and down around the Shenton College oval while Amy had hockey training. Felt really unfit as I struggled to make it through the 6 min effort but then realised that was because I ran it at 4:11/km. Tried to back off on the last effort but it was 4:05/km. Can't seem to break the habit of setting off at about 5k pace when it feels so much like an interval session and then once I've started I can't allow myself to slow down.
Foot felt fine doing this but was more tight afterwards than it has been.
