Nav Dash at Claisebrook Cove. This was embarrassing. So many stupid mistakes on such an easy course. Noticed I had missed 13 when the code didn't seem right so went back but I had also missed 5 earlier without noticing at all. Took a wrong turn on the way to 6 (from 4) but did it in a different spot from where I had thought before looking at my GPS trace. Had no idea what the map was trying to show at 8 so went to the top first even though I had initially thought it was going to be at the bottom. I thought it would have been a lot clearer if just mapped as a wall. I think my mistakes going 4-6 were largely caused by trying to look ahead and work out 7-8. Over a minute behind Liam even without getting 5.

Easy run with Rachel while Liam had a tennis lesson on the UWA clay. Sore early on but it did improve. Stayed on the flats because it felt as though it would hurt a lot more to run up a hill.
Simon was sick so I took Liam over to OPTC to substitute for his missed lesson. A bit of hitting, a bit of feeding and a few games. Liam took pity on me this time and let me have one game.

Torture by Ten Mile Brook. Would have to be one of the most unpleasant runs I have ever done. Just pain from the first step to the last, don't remember anything else. Should have walked with Penny instead.
