Long run from Kalamunda tennis club through Kalamunda NP. Got a little sore after the climb back up to Jorgensen Park but no worse than it usually has been after an hour. Not feeling too tired at the end and starting to feel less sore so I was quite happy to do the little extra loop to push it out to 90 minutes.
