Loch Raven. Checked out a new trail across DVR, but it dead-ended and I had a short run-in-terrain along the shore to recover the trail. 82F, 75%. Completely drenched in sweat. Climbed 1250'.

QOC Beer Chase at McKeldin. Fun race - ran pretty hard. Jon Torrance beat me by 10s. This includes about 1 min of drinking time. My 2,3,4 beer splits were 0:14, 0:15, 0:13 (first drinking split is included in first leg split). HOT out there today.

Control pick up at McKeldin. Checked out some of the new part of the map that Ted is making. Looks like good stuff over there, but had to wade across the river to get to it.
