Achilles was fine with different shoes. As a result, I will rest the other shoes for a while.
My left hamstring was very good. But this time I felt a bit of tightness in my right hamstring.
Having multiple days off running always seems to cause me havoc with weird injuries. My body seems to get upset with me when I do this.

After a couple of rest days, I wanted to see how my tight left hamstring was going. It was much better, but I could just feel a little tightness, so I made sure I kept to a slow jog and limited this to 6km.
My left achilles was also sore, but possibly because of the stiffness of the heel in my running shoe. I will try a different shoe tomorrow to see if that helps.
This is possibly why I had a sore achilles in the week before Easter, but it was fine during Easter with o-shoes.

Boundary umpiring.
I sprinted too hard in the first quarter, and felt some left hamstring tightness. So I made sure that I didn't push too hard for the rest of the game.
