Barefoot shuttle run exercise, place 2 of the same map 50m apart, one has 20 score-o controls and other doesn't, workout is to sprint between them copying all the controls onto the plain map. @gswede- you said there would be 20 controls...

gorgeous run from Red Town to home. Took along one of Greg's map exercises but was too distracted by all the trees, after a mile I remembered something about having to put in the work to reach my goals (whaaat?) so started on the map. A couple seconds into looking at the map instead of the ground, I stepped weird and tweaked my L achilles, and felt pangs of pain the rest of the run...

Compass practice. Except there were fences all over the place, so half the legs were completely impossible. Also it SNOWED last night and was cold and windy, so this was very much a slog
Thinking about trials at West Point this weekend and I'm wishing I was there. But I made the decision not to go, and it's pointless to have regrets at this point. Here's to the future.
