Walk/Hiking/Snowshoe 53:00 [1] 1.8 km (29:27 / km)

White course at Pawtuckaway with Bridget and Althea. We looked at frogs, mushrooms, lily pads, and a spotted sandpiper. Only some complaining about "I want my daddy" and "My feet are all wet and soggy". My only orienteering of the weekend, but I did a lot of finish/results work.

Country Road with Suzanne. Groin pull is now OK and won't be further stressed for a while. Spent some time on the web researching my heart problem. Found an article on lone (no other symptoms) atrial fibrillation/flutter in middle-aged orienteers!!!!! http://bmj.bmjjournals.com/cgi/reprint/316/7147/17...
About 5% of 40-70 year-old top ranked o'ers get this.
