Kearsarge Rd, River Rd, West Side Rd, to Attitash, and return by 302 and 16A to Vista Store for milk. Passed two skinny tire guys on 302! Lovely afternoon ride. Pushed pretty hard. Max HR after last hill around Humphrey's Ledge. Nice way to recover from orienteering.

Wells SP Green-X. See splits and comments. Good run; only a few seconds of errors here and there.

Orienteering race 19:00 [5] 1.88 km (10:06 / km) +100m 7:59 / km

Wells SP relay with Andy and Kristin. First 6-point team. B loop. Not as clean as the morning race. several errors of 30-50 sec because of trying to run hard.

Finally on a real o map for the first time this year. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to start training! Set a couse for myself on the Pine Hill map near the High School. Went from 3 to 7 and punched it but didn't really lose any time, probably because I had to retie a shoe, dropping the map. Cou;dn't find a pit near school though I attacked a second time. Then a real error going to wrong knll near the end and had to retie shoe again. Total loss about 5 min. Only got slashed once by the extensive greenbriar.

Around and around the back yard on 2 inches of frozen wet snow, just to say I did it. Last XC of the season, which lasted through six months.

Around the block easy, getting rested for the weekend. Cold drizzle.

Stretch and Tone class with extra ab and upper body work. End of clear warm weather. Two inches of sloppy snow today.
