Mind-The-Ducks 12 hour race at Seneca Park. Second overall. Crashed hard twice. In past I'd quit. This time I continued. I was embarrassed after first crash since I made rookie ultra mistake - started too fast. Also I don't think I fully recovered from BPAC 6 hours 11 days ago. Week on business trip in the middle did not help. And I felt a hip from GRTC workout.
