November Classic. Gave up on the idea to push hard already on the way to the second control (just felt tired) -- even so, made a 2 minute no-excuse mistake on number 4.

Parkrun with an 'impressive' result, couldn't go faster. Maybe I'm just this slow now.

Easy run, but felt not easy at all somehow -- maybe I did bit too many squats yesterday. Ankle was fine, just a bit uncomfortable in the end.
