Running 3:00:00 [3] 20.5 km (8:47 / km)

Goldenstair case to Mt Solitary via Ruined castle then on to Kedumba Passwith the Canberra Scholar crew. Lots of fun, very chilled pace with lots of breaks. Awesome views and great weather. Even got to go for a swim in Kedumba river which made the legs feel extra good climbing back up to Kedumba pass. Charlotte picked us up at the other end and then much delicious pizza was devoured before heading to camp at Perry's.

NOTE: Started getting a sore right knee (where that moron smashed it last week at touch) towards the end. Need to watch it.

Running 34:15 [3] 7.5 km (4:34 / km)

Run down to coogee then south along the cliffs. Didn't feel amazing. Still feeling abit flat and sluggish. Maybe it's a result of the lighter training load over the last couple of weeks, or the other things I've been doing this week tiring me out? Maybe I'm climbing too much? But I'm only really climbing once a week at the moment. Not sure but I think I've taken enough rest that I should be able to get back into normal training. We'll see how things go tomorrow.

Running 44:06 [3] 9.6 km (4:36 / km)

Run to Clovelly. Had a very bad time. Stopped down at the cliffs just north of Clovelly to watch the huge surf smashing the cliffs.

Running warm up/down 8:50 [3] 1.3 km (6:48 / km)

Warm down, on struggle street

Orienteering 33:22 [3] 7.4 km (4:31 / km)

Ran an orienteering teaching session for the Outdoors Club in Centennial Park. 3 exercises starting with a theory component talking about the maps, then followed by practical exercises to use the skills. Covered - Symbols and Contours, Orienting and Bearings, and Route choice.

Set out the courses as a run (minus the stops to tie tapes) and then walked and ran around while the others did the courses.

Everyone seemed to have fun and were all very receptive. Some started off running, and some of the others who had intended to walk started running towards the end because they got so into it.

Rockclimbing 2:00:00 [3]

Universities of Sydney Climbing Competition.

Came first in the Under 2 Years climbing division! So much fun! Got most of my points from the boulder problems (there were some epic dyno problems, one of them was even just a single massive move). Climbed pretty hard and was quite wrecked at the end. Couldn't even do some of the yellows I was so pumped.

Not feeling any injuries or soreness. Even the knee held up ok.

Touch Rugby 1:00:00 [3] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)

Touch game. 3rd win of the season, scored 4 tries. Not a bad game. We played really well first half but dropped off in the second particularly in defense.

NOTE: Took a big hit to my knee (from one of the opposition being really reckless and, to be honest, unreasonably dangerous. Slightly hyper extended it backwards. It was quite sore after the game and for the rest of the evening. Feeling okish the next day. Going to have to be careful to avoid making it worse.

Hiking 2:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (12:00 / km)

Walk with CJ and Christian around Malabar headland. Pretty leisurely, still trying to get well again. Also did a fair bit of bouldering along the way.
