Way off pb, but was concentrating on form and cadence, not speed.

Quick ride around the hills, including ~19min climb at threshold intensity.

Got an email last w/e asking me to fill in for the Scott - Flight Centre team in the 24Hr in a month. Not much notice, but i'll kick my MTB riding up a notch in the next few weeks. Its a pretty gun team, and we'll be going for the 4-man and overall team titles.
