Still confused as to what happened here. Started, ran into a chain almost straight away and thought I'd broken something. Got up, made little mistakes on the next few controls, focus shot. Back in control but just the aggression was gone all of a sudden - ended up more than a minute back (15s mistake later). Strangest feeling in a sprint I've had, knew it was going bad but couldn't do anything. Weirder still to get 3rd - guess luck with results was on my side!
