Intervals with Syd.

3x ~7:30 half miles, with ~9:00 cool downs. Felt pretty good! Nice to do it on a track, but this one isnt very convenient to home, need to look for a closer one.

This was what I call a trail run! Extremely technical and slightly hilly, very reminiscent of the ADKs for me with rocks and roots and such. I just really enjoyed it.

I think this would be a great place to train for the Rachel Carson Challenge.


This park also is supposed to have some of the best nearby outdoor rock climbing, but we were pushing daylight so we didnt check it out.
