Note
Getting back into proper training after a so-so summer. Generally feeling good and injury-free right now so I want to make sure I get back into it gradually (10% rule: never increase week-on-week mileage by more than 10%). The plan is to do 30 miles this week, then rising by 2.5 miles each week to reach 40 at the beginning of October, 50 by November and 60 by December. After that, hopefully I can keep up 50-70 miles a week, maybe a little less from February as I get back into interval training. Fingers crossed.

Home to Jamaica Pond with Will. Speed was quite fast for me, quite slow for Will. But I didn't feel too bad in the end, so I'm quite optimistic for the months ahead. Beautiful day out, too.
