I forgot that it would get dark a lot earlier, so I went up to the Y to run on a treadmil instead of running by myself and in the dark. I've forgotten how boring it is to run on a treadmill! I'll need to figure out something if I'm going to do that again. It was an okay run, I was going a little slow, but I'm still exhausted from volunteering at a waterstation for the Legs for Literacy for 5 hours in the wind and cold (and rain for the first hour) yesterday and then doing homework like mad for the rest of the day.

Legs and core workout. Definitely a good thing I'm starting these again, as I could really feel it! I did:
2 * 15 reps of inside thigh (if that's possible) machine thingy
2 * 15 reps of outside thigh machine thingy
2 * 15 reos of leg press
2 * 15 reps of sqauts with balance ball behind my back on the wall
2 * 15 lunges
1 * 15 crunches
1 * 15 crunches with legs up
1 * 15 pulses in above position
1 * 15 bicycle
2 * 30 second v-sits
2 * 30 plank
