North Country "reign of terraces" 9 hour rogaine. Nice day about 60 to 65 degrees with a bit of a breeze, not buggy. Not a good day for navigation. Several times I was convinced as I was in the control circle but was convinced the control was down a steep rock face/cliff that I did not want to go down.

Friday Jun 3 #

3 PM

Hike 1:10:00 [1] 3.0 mi (23:20 / mi)

A walk around Seneca lake state park to keep the streak going.

Thursday Jun 2 #

6 PM

Hike 2:00:00 [1] 4.5 mi (26:40 / mi)

Letchworth trail 19/20 from the Gibsonville hill to the rec area access road.

Wednesday Jun 1 #

10 AM

Mountain bike 1:36:58 [3] 10.74 mi (6.6 mph)
ahr:117 max:147 shoes: 27.5

Ontario County Park. A bit of an early start to beat the rain they predicted would and did arrive in the afternoon. Really nice day and trail conditions. Intended to ride the race loop but a few missed turn resulted in a race loop inspired loop. I think the average HR is low.

Tuesday May 31 #

6 PM

Hike 1:30:00 [1] 4.0 mi (22:30 / mi)

Letchworth the dam to Mt Morris and back

Monday May 30 #

Road bike 1:21:17 [2] 19.36 mi (14.3 mph)
ahr:117 max:147 shoes: carbon

A slight variation on the std Letchworth route. Hot around 90 degrees.i had nothing, no mental or physical energy, so I avoided the gibsonville hill and instead detoured to roads outside the park.
