orienteering 8:55:35 [3] 14.28 mi (37:30 / mi)
ahr:113 max:154

North Country "reign of terraces" 9 hour rogaine. Nice day about 60 to 65 degrees with a bit of a breeze, not buggy. Not a good day for navigation. Several times I was convinced as I was in the control circle but was convinced the control was down a steep rock face/cliff that I did not want to go down.

Mountain bike 1:36:58 [3] 10.74 mi (6.6 mph)

Ontario County Park. A bit of an early start to beat the rain they predicted would and did arrive in the afternoon. Really nice day and trail conditions. Intended to ride the race loop but a few missed turn resulted in a race loop inspired loop. I think the average HR is low.

A slight variation on the std Letchworth route. Hot around 90 degrees.i had nothing, no mental or physical energy, so I avoided the gibsonville hill and instead detoured to roads outside the park.

Road bike 1:07:14 [4] 14.48 mi (12.9 mph)
ahr:121 max:162 shoes: carbon

Oaks road to the letchworth trout pond. About 72 degs and sunny. I had been avoiding this ride as it requires climbing the wolfs creek hill, but the route is a key to any ride around here, so.... Fortunately it went well. The climb up wolfs creek hill was helped by a couple of women hikers who gave me encouragement as I went by. The park was not as very crowded and traffic was light.
