Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

Club event at passchendale. Nice area but the map is a bit inconsistent. Gave up trying to read a few controls and just ran around till i found them.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [1]

Scoping parts of broadwater. Some awesome, some good and one section is good rock but too much regrowth.

Orienteering 1:30:00 [3]

O training at amiens with Krystal. Sections of window and corridor, then a normal course. Did ok until i had the whole map to look at then started stuffing up. Bailed with a few controls left cos I'd run out of go.

Orienteering 57:00 [3]

Middle style course on cascades but going a bit slow. Nab was a bit erratic but the controls were really hard. Rain on the glasses didn't help. Cold.

Cycling 3:30:00 [3] 90.0 km (2:20 / km) +1300m 2:11 / km

From home to Bowen hills, then train to nambour, then nambour to tewantin via Kenilworth. Picked up my car from Dan's parents place and drive home.
Nice day out. Not too cold or windy (very happy i didn't try this yesterday). Starting to feel like I'm getting some leg strength back, which is good but does mean i can hurt myself a lot more. I'd been feeling a bit empty in the legs on the bike for a while.
