Orienteering race 49:07 [5] 5.8 km (8:28 / km)

Aus Relay at Renmark. another great erosion area - probably a bit better than yesterday because there was more route choice and bigger features. managed to stuff up 3 - the hill and gully that I was looking for were hiding until the third time I ran past. I know Simon is a tricky course setter, but that was next level.
Pleased with the run technically other than that - the rest of the controls were all exactly where I expected them. Running wasn't so fun - feet are totally smashed, particularly my second toe which looks like its all going to fall off - not just the nail.
solid runs from Winnie and Krystal and we finished up 2nd.

Orienteering race 38:49 [5] 5.0 km (7:46 / km)

Aus middle champs at Renmark. Fun course on the erosion at crooked straight. Lots of weaving with the vegetation and tough running in the soft sand. bananaed a few controls, but the only real mistake was mis-reading the circles down the hill from 22 and bouncing off 14. lost a minute there.

warm up and warm down. hammy quite sore warming up, but seemed to improve. Done a lot of sitting in the last few days.
