trying to do some yoga and stretching every night to undo some of the damage of sitting hunched at my desk all day. it seems to be working, and my neck hasn't been as sore the last few days, although it still crunches when i turn my head (which I can still only do to the right).
R patella tracking issue has flared up again, and R calf is super tight and messing up my ankle and behind my knee.
