3x cemetery hills (1500m with ~75m climb). needed to get out and do something after sitting in the car all weekend.

Note

Long, cold, windy day supporting Dan doing Grafton to Inverell. 40km/hr head wind most of the day, and ~4C across the top of the climb and through Glen Innes. it warmed up a bit towards the end of the race.
He finished up 10th in Div 3, in 7:55.

River loop on Dan's wheel. pretty steady pace until we ran into Rachel who had just done a big interval session, so we just cruised into the city at the end.
