Orienteering 2:04:00 [3] 10.0 km (12:24 / km)

O training at Rosenthal. Winnie and I made the road trip down... although she managed to sleep nearly all the way there and back. we were both feeling a bit flat, so decided the best option for the course was to divide it up and do different training stuff. worked pretty well. always a good area and plenty of tricky bits. got pretty tired at the end and some of the light green is a bit more like dark green now.

Long run from my place with Winnie. Solid pace and nice morning to be out.

trying to convince myself that tonight's slowness is due to last nights run and tight back, but I'm not very convincing.

Street o for world o day. Ashgrove streets and banks st reserve. Nice night. First run in cool conditions this year. Nice cruise but should have paid more attention to time as i was 5 mins late.

Note

spent the afternoon feeling sick, so bailed on training. then felt much better after dinner. maybe I just need to eat more in the afternoon.
