Running intervals 22:00 [5] 4.5 km (4:53 / km) +150m 4:11 / km

Cemetery hills - 1500 m x3, 50 m climb. hurty, hot. it was good to get out, and get this session done. Legs were pretty tired after yesterdays hills and i realized i haven't had much water since yesterday morning. Oops.
the view from the top of the hill at sunset is pretty nice.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 11.3 km (6:12 / km) +215m 5:39 / km

Lap of enoggera dam with Wendy and Caroline. Swim in the lake afterwards. Lots of people out. nice run and felt like a good pace.

Orienteering race 18:15 [4] 3.0 km (6:05 / km)

Cyclones sprint at QUT kelvin grove with courses set by Lauren. We had some major issues with the SI - mostly with the download station refusing to work. phone a friend option eventually worked, but then we had some problems with the way the event was set up, and 2 SI units were swapped in their brackets, so we needed to fix the courses. I got some of the problems sorted, but handballed the event setup/start time issue to Tony and went for a run - 20 mins after course close. not my most focused run.

Lauren did a great job setting the courses. a few problems with the rest of the event, but its whats between the start and finish that really counts.

Very easy run from nth Kirra to d-bah and back. Trying not to irritate my calves too much. rainy afternoon and got a bit cold. It was amusing to see all the surfers crowding on the blown out shit surf at d-bah and snapper while the north facing breaks looked really fun and much less crowded.

Knee still not happy. Pain in popliteus, but I think the problem is in my calves. Left a bit worse than right.
