Orienteering 51:00 [3]

Run around honeysuckle creek - the m21e course for the middle champs in a few weeks, set by Craney. took it pretty easy to start with - super low visibility with all the green. got going eventually and was a bit quicker towards the end. really fun orienteering - enough detail to keep it interesting despite the green.

Sprint Canberra race 2 - Radford college. More careful start in the forest today and got into the course better. got a bit dizzy towards the end. didn't feel fast, but I guess it was technical enough to slow others down.

Running tempo 12:51 [4] 3.0 km (4:17 / km)

Sprint camp - 3km time trial. wasn't keen to go hard on this given all the fast training we'd be doing over the weekend. decided to run it at a comfortably fast pace and pull out if I had any niggles. the bunch started way too quick and I was at the back for the first half lap, but steadily picked them all off with a few laps to go. still much slower than the proper fast girls. very impressed with Tash's run.

Sprint Canberra race 1 at CIT. Very wobbly start through the forest controls - mainly because of all the unmapped green. The rest was ok.
