Dan has decided that kayak touring is good, is now boat shopping.

elanda point to Harry's hut. hired a double kayak from elanda point. decent boat and cruised along ok.

Hill intervals in Vera st. Good group tonight - Tays, Katelyn, Mat and James.
Ints were short and hurty and my legs were very unwilling.

Note

smashed face update - progressing better than expected. forehead swelling is much reduced, but its drained into eyes and face.
cut on nose is impressive and a little sore. nose and eyes are bruised, but not as much as I thought they would be, and seems to be improving already.
overall headache is now 1/10 (about 4/10 yesterday).
