got home in daylight so got an unexpected run. decided to do some hills. 6 x the hill at the back of Anzac park, up to Stanley tce.
1:45, 1:41, 1:42, 1:45, 1:45, 1:48.
I think I hit max heart rate on the second last.
street o at rainworth. tricky area and lots of hills. a bit of a plod around but I think I picked a good course.
I also tried out a new app that Peter Effeney has made which tracks your run and knows whether you've been to the controls. seemed to work well and showed the map with track on at the end.
