rolled in to the climate rally with James and Kate

Mt Coottha run. started just as a storm rolled in but most of it went further north so it didn't rain too heavily. it was nice to run in cool conditions and felt heaps better than the last few runs in the heat.

long run from my place, with Clare and Su Yan, and Mark and James for the first 2mins.
tough start and the humidity was very draining. it wasn't looking good for the first half hour but steadily improved. considered adding a bit more, but planning on doing the park o this afternoon.

Orienteering race 20:25 [4] 3.1 km (6:35 / km)

park o at robelle domain, set by Katelyn. fun course around the park and legs felt surprisingly good.

Note

back is feeling terrible - super tight and nasty nerve pain. its been hanging around for a few weeks now, and has gotten a lot worse in the last few days. got a physio appointment tomorrow, so hopefully it will improve.

another morning lap of anzac park. these are definitely getting a lot easier. even felt awake-ish from the start.
it rained most of the night and it was really steamy this morning. for a while it was raining without a cloud to fall out of. weird.

morning run. not as awful as last time, but still took a while to get going. super steamy morning after the rain last night.

hot yoga. same class as usual but it seemed short and relaxing tonight rather than the normal torture. I think my glute strength must finally be improving - managed to get through 2mins of warrior 2 without getting Elvis-leg.
