Running 1:25:00 [3]

run with Clare, from Clare's place. different route this time - east to Flemming rd and up honeyeater track to the summit, around the ring rd and down 3 sisters and misery to gap creek picnic area then back up the hill to chapel hill. ran into lots of people to stop and talk to.
tired this morning, and running quite slowly, but didn't bail at the earliest option. need to start doing some proper long runs again soon and stop using the afternoon run as an excuse to be lazy.

Orienteering race 22:25 [5]

Cyclones sprint at QUT kelvin grove. good race, although I kept wanting to run to 14 as it was right in the middle and several lines went through or near it. the OOB areas on this map annoy me, particularly as most of them are just there because those areas were too hard to map.

Orienteering 30:00 [1]

putting out controls.

Orienteering race 32:20 [4] 4.0 km (8:05 / km)

night O at banks st reserve. good course, with some good route choice. ran by myself early on, but then got passed by Mikko and Aaron, so tagged on for a bit. a long hilly leg at the end was a bit of a killer, but other than that felt ok running-wise. beat Mat.
