mtb fail. rode from Kathy's place, with bec also. bec made it half way up the first hill before her morning-sickness puke fest began, and the a little while later it started pissing down with rain. rode one track, but after more frequent rain and puking we called it quits and went back to Kathys for coffee and breakfast.

longish run from Wendys with the cyclones. ran with clare for most of it. hills were a bit hard, but did ok. proper long run next week.

Hurt, but felt heaps better than last week, and yesterday. at least I felt like I could run today. maybe running fitness is just hiding over a couple more hills.

Long pocket run with Kirra, on what was a 'recovery' run for Kirra, but and anerobic threshold run for me. running fitness is totally awol, but hopefully not hiding too far away (maybe just over a few more hills).

First session back at Race Elements since october. feeling a bit weak, especially in the arms, but should be back to it fairly quickly. Bec was relatively kind as I hadn't trained for so long.
