Running hills (Anzac Park TT) 26:21 [5] 5.2 km (5:04 / km) +260m 4:03 / km

new fastest time! yay! 15 secs faster than previous pb.
felt pretty sore to start with - legs were pretty smashed from the gym yesterday. started a bit slow, and was quite surprised to have run so quick. not complaining though - its about time all this training worked!

Gym 40:00 [5]

Training at race elements. no Kathy this week, so session went a bit quicker (less chatting maybe?). last big session in this block, and it was a smashfest. nice and tired now, and hurting all over. legs will be sore tomorrow - 3x10 @ 200kg on leg press.

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 5.0 km (4:00 / km)

same session as last week - 10x500m, with 500m jog recoveries. Olly turned up this week, but no-one else. started a bit slower this week, but they finished up being quite a bit quicker, seems it take a while for my legs to get going. *and I don't think my hrm is reading quite right.

Cycling 1:10:00 [3] 31.0 km (2:15 / km)

Ride from Boonah with Dad. bit of a head wind to start, but that meant a quick trip back home, so that was ok. quads a bit sore to start with - lots of running hills and through long grass on the weekend.
