Running hills (Anzac Park TT) 27:19 [5] 5.2 km (5:15 / km) +260m 4:12 / km

mud-fest! pissing rain, and all of the creeks were full, and the area around the construction was all ankle deep mud... so a little slippery this week! Still did the fastest time so far this year I think, which I'm pretty happy with - cos I still felt tired from Tuesdays session. running felt good, but that I should be able to go a bit faster, just couldn't today.

Back to the usual tuesday evening intervals. good turnout this week - olly, mark and kirra, and jamie joined us for the warmup, but decided to skip the hard stuff after the tri on the weekend. after a block of 2k intervals, it was back to some shorter stuff - 6x1k with 2min recoveries.

first few were pretty easy, trying not to spend too many bikkies at the start. 5th was damn hard, and pretty pleased to keep all under 4mins!

flew in from sydney this morning and caught the train straight to race elements, so was a bit tired and out of it to start with. new program this week - good one too, but really hard!
