short test run with second layer of arch support in shoe. seemed to work ok. no hip pain when running (just before and after)

easy run from home. hip was sore when I was running on soft or uneven stuff, but ok on hard stuff.

went to podiatrist to get my hip fixed. he recons its going to be easy-pesy, I just need an orthotic to stop my right foot pronating. have a thing in my shoe for a couple of runs, and another thing to add in for a few more runs.

still feeling insanely tired (from nothing), so made it a total rest day today.
