club relays - about 20mins for the first course, and about 15 for the street o. our team 2nd overall. Ugly Gully smashed the other clubs! I really need to do more running!
jog down to long pocket. run this morning totally sucked. I think this the worst time I've ever done for this run - about 4 mins slower than usual! I know I haven't been doing much running, but I'm not that unfit!!
