rest day at last. spent most of the day sleeping, but ventured out to indro for a little shopping expedition with mum. got some bargins, including a new bikini from city beach for $24!

trolls ride to redcliffe. got really fast on the way home cos scott and goose are idiots and insist on turning every ride into a smash fest.

Cycling 1:30:00 [2] 34.0 km (2:39 / km)

riding to and from the sprint champs at griffith uni (and back via the regatta hotel)

Orienteering race 19:44 [4] 2.5 km (7:54 / km)

qld sprint champs at griffith uni. lost a bit of time at #1, but hit everything else. felt surprisingly good running (considering this mornings ride!). won by a couple of minutes, julz second, rachel third.

warm up and down for sprint champs - convincing my legs to run again after the ride.

trolls river ride. wendy and I got dropped coming off indro bridge cos we had to wait for cars and never managed to get back on.

got dragged up to do some belly dancing at the turkish restaurant we went to for our club social. bloody hard work!!

Easy run to test out my leg. was fine on the way out, but it started hurting about halfway home. very strange that it goes from totally fine to really sharp pain so quickly. I wish I knew what to do about it!

'base' training with imo, dave, scott and frendo. nice easy ride, dave and frendo only did 2 sprints and were sensible apart from that.

trolls ride. fast as usual. could feel my knee a bit, but it didn't hurt which was great.
