Anzac park run after a long day - drove to Lismore and back for work.
slow start, but it improved. odd combination of feeling quite strong on the hills, but very unfit.

Running tempo 23:47 [5] 5.0 km (4:45 / km)

Ashgrove parkrun. decided it was a good opportunity to do a 'baseline' parkrun as I was too tired to run any further than 5k. Expectations were super low, and I was mainly aiming to stay under 25. the first part actually didn't feel too bad, but I faded very badly at the end.

dragged Wendy out for a run, and ran into a few of the O crew among the crowd. Peter Effeney's 100th parkrun!

physio pilates. the end of these classes is consistently the best I feel all week... then downhill till the next week's repair session.

Long run on Stromlo with Jo at gossip pace. Very nice morning out. Long hills, but nothing as steep as coottha. Still quite a hard run in the end though.
