Gravel ride with Dan James Kate and Michael. From the head road intersection over the head road and cars lookout to killarney and back up the condamine river road. Awesome day. Head road climb was as tough as ever but gravel bike gears make 19% grades ridable. Fun ride back up condamine gorge with all the river crossings. I think i got 8 out of 12 before conceding defeat and getting wet feet.

physio. hips and back are heaps better, but she still found some spots to put needles in. also had a go at my shoulder which hasn't been too happy since the pushups. its extra grumpy overall now after some needles, but already less pinchy in the bit that was hurting. and I can lift my arm above my head.

Sunday coffee roll with Dan. Or at least that's what it was sold as. O'Reillys from beaudesert via duck creek. Dan said the road was pretty good last time he rode it, but that was probably in the 90s. It's now a pretty rough 4wd track and officially closed. V tough climb and somewhat terrifying descent. Made it down with self and bike intact. Coffee at the O'Reillys cafe was quite good.

Scenic Rim gravel tour with Dan, James, and dad on his e bike. V nice day out. From boonah over to moogerah and across the back to Carney's creek. Up to white swamp and around the back of maroon dam. Back via canon creek.
