Possibly the last long run from Clare's place in Chapel hill, with Thor, and Jon, Clare and some of Clare's tri friends for the first part.
Did the usual loop, which was tough given how little hill running I've done recently. Thor claimed that she hadn't done much running, but was as strong as ever.
Nice morning, and great breakfast and swim afterwards.
Took advantage of working in daylight savings land and went for a run after work. Trail loop in a little national park near inverell which included thunderbolts rock. Run was very slow and time includes climbing on rocks and looking at waterfalls.
The area looks like it would make a nice map. Runnable, not too steep and lots of fun rock.
Dam loop and krushkas, although dan took a detour down dragon.
I think we were pretty early on krushkas cos we saw two tiger snakes.
pretty tired today, and manage to have 3 little lie downs (not fast enough to be crashes, but still landed on rocks).
late afternoon loop when we got to derby. plan was to do the long shadows, return to sender loop, but we ran in to a local who convinced us to add in a run down flikity. fun!
3 x coottha backs. couldn't face a river loop on my own so decided to do some coottha climbs for the first time in at least 10 yrs. slow, very slow, then moderately slow. all hurt.
arvo mtb ride. got dragged out for an afternoon lap of gap creek as Dan had decided there hadn't been enough cycling this weekend. it was pretty fun, and there are some new trails.
coro drive plod. inside of arms sore from chin up attempts. slow and niggly, but didn't feel like I was stirring up any injuries, which i guess is an improvement.
