From Caro's. Coottha loop. Humidity was about at the 'soupy' level and i cooked early on. Pool was awesome afterwards and caro made us waffles.

Sprint race at Samford primary and some training after. Kurt and Krystal set some tricky courses with heaps of controls and i managed to miss 2, including one i had already been to. Oh well.

flat tyre when I went to ride home - found the offending glass but couldn't fix the flat, so had to catch the train. then got stormed on between the station and home. too late home to make it to the OQ meeting, so not all bad.

Sprint O at Marist ashgrove. bit rusty, and quite a long course. I was ok for the first 2/3, but then the hammy started to tighten up and nav got a bit sketchy, so jogged the last part.
got my run in before the storm hit.

Oops. My plan for easing back into running was to do an hour but i forgot to charge my watch and I'm hopeless and remembering how long the loops on coottha take. So this was way more than I'd planned. Body held up ok considering (and also given that i hadn't eaten before heading out).
