US Long distance championships at Fishtrap Lake, WA.
Up until next to last control had a clean race, and up until the last 1.5 km a good pace. Then slowed down a little and made a parallel error.
The heat was bareable for me (I am really surprised about that fact) and legs feel ok (definitely not like I've been running 19 km hard race?!?!!?)
(need more tempo runs and longer intervals in training to be able to maintain higher pace throuout?)
