Note

Jetlag, and a bit tired but mostly from the trip legs felt ok, so I think i could have done some running.... Used the day to overeat, rest and hang out with some friends

Just flew back from Harriman. Three days of awsome terrain. Great weekend, great courses thanks to Boris and lots of friends to enjoy them with.
And of course the Bretons, big, big thanks for having us (20ish people) in their house.

Track intervals. The workout:
8 X 400 (2 sets of 4, alternate slow-fast)
Recovery = 400 and 800 after set of 4

Group 4 times:
1:15 and 1:13 per 400.

Started a bit slower, because did not have time for a proper warm up. Intervals felt comfortable fast. Could have done at least one more set of 4.
